   since all rolled hulls end up with a flat spot at both ends, and  if you 
can not deal with this with cumalongs and a rose bud. the simple way to 
solve the problem is to construct the hull using two pieces, both rolled to 
the required diameter. Verify the dia with the ribs, the cut off the flat 
spots and trim to fit.
   ps layin copper backing strips for the seam held to ensure penitration.

   if the ribs are tacked with bracing  this will solve all hull out of 
round conditions.
