        Thanks for your advice re State Attorney. Fact is, I dont have one
. . .a State Attorney, that is. In fact, I don't even have a State! I guess
I could go to the RCMP, though.. Canada's not big on litigation, so the
Mounties may not take me seriously: " An' so, Mister New-teen, you say dat
you build submarines, eh? An' some person want to sell you a submarine what
you 'ave already own? But you say 'non' . . .so, den , what is it that you
wish us to do? Oh, get you a State Attorney . . . Sacre Mon, but 'av
course! Dat is the dream of ev'ry Canadien . . .but, infortune, the best we
can do is to offer a Provincial blackboard monitor or, pr'haps, a a hockey
referee . . . Now,  careful dat dat door don' strike you on d'cul on d'way
out.
