RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] sub com

As it happens I posed this same question to a K-boat operator recently. Sorry, I can’t remember if it was Dan Lance or Mark Ragan I asked. But I do remember the answer… a diver outside cannot understand normal speech within, but they can if you raise your voice and if they are right next to the sub.

I’d speculate that you should be quite audible from inside BIG, on account of the thin windows in an ambient boat.

Hi all,

A simple question... If I'm inside a sub and I talk... will divers outside the sub hear me?
