Hi, All . . .

I've received a July '66 Popular Science issue with a pontoon bubble sub on
the cover.

There are no plans with the article  :-(

I've scanned the cover shot (the best view) and can email it to all
concerned.  I can scan the article for those interested, but, it's mostly
about how the sub will one day be built, yadda, yadda.
Nothing about how it's actually put together.

Alternatively I can post it, but, I nixed Ray's email with the posting
directions.
