I like your design because it is basicaly simple. But there are three things
that made me wander.

First there is the acrylic dome. It is a big one with a special shape.
Making it yourself is probably impossible and buying it costs you a fortune.
The second point is that you might have problems looking at the bottom. You
have to look through a 2 mtr. watercolumn. In The Netherlands you wouldn't
see anything. I suggest that you add a viewport at the hight of your knees.
The third point is the vertical thruster. I have no experience but my common
sense tells me that avoiding for example a rock or following a slope by
adusting your trim is rather a complicated way to do so.
