Hi,

Well maybe not final. Marriot called and said they booked 9 rooms. They offered to extend the deadline to book a room if I knew of anyone else that wanted a room. Because of the fuzzy nature of the web I do not know if anyone else wants a room. However I talked to Megan Philips, the Group Sales Manager at the Courtyard, and she offered to extend the cutoff date to Thursday, 12 August 2004.
