Indeed, "they" have, are, and will. Watchful Vigilance!
Here's an idea. How about an unofficial test of basic
knowledge tailored for potentual sub builders?
Pressure? Diving dynamics/physiology? Materials....?
Nothing complex, but enough to be sobering for an
inexperienced person to become aware of the critical
nature of taking on a project.
We have the OSS project so this could be a reference point?
You, Vance, Carsten, David B., Dan H.....[ sorry if I left anyone with
experience out ]
could mash heads, if willing to do so, to come up with a list
of questions and post them on the pSubs site. When a newbie
joins the forum they can take the quiz and know where they stand.
[ Heck, I want to take the test too. ]
