Hi Adam,

I hope you aren't suggesting that VBTs aren't worth discussion because
you do not want one in your submersible?  Anything that will give me an
insight toward the inner workings of a sub, whether it's a deep diver or
shallow wet sub,  can only enhance my understanding and bring me
closer to building my sub.

However, on another note, I do find a problem with the direction some
discussions take.  It is one thing to use one's knowledge and experience
to present a case supported by facts as an argument and another
to use one's knowledge and experience to diminish an "experienced"
member's
credibility, regardless whether the attack is mild and couched in
apologetics or
downright malicious. Common courtesy at the very least must prevail !
