The books are part of a series called: "Living with the Shores"
Duke University Press, Durham, N. Carolina.

I don't have the complete set yet. Florida [2 books], Texas, New
Jersey...so far.
I bought these second hand.
I found Texas : "Living with the Texas Shore" ISBN: 0 8223 0500 3 (pbk)
If you search this you'll probably find the others.

They're not tourist books.  Includes charts, graphs...etc., for weather,
tides, shore build-up and erosion, building and buying houses...etc.
