No the problem I mentioned was much later in Apollo 13 - the three guys
move into the lander - which was designed for two. The CO2 rate increase
and they want to connect the filter in the lander with the filter in the
spaceship. The spaceship  filter conector were squared the lander filter
rounded.. :-0

The astronauts fix that with plastic, tape, a vacum cleaner pipe and
much paper from their main instruction manual.. ;-)

My main manual is on the hard drive disk of the board computer - so I 
can not go this way in emergency case.. for this reason all filter
onboard in both pressure hulls are from the same size and design. :-)
