Do you want a sketch of the thruhulls or some pictures?
Sorry but I don't know to much about DXF / DWR / ABC's.  I just click a few
buttons on this computer and what ever kind of file it sends is what you
get.
Computers aren't my specialty! *L*

If you would like a sketch, I'll draw up a better description, scan it, and
send it along.
