All psubs wants to running over night should/must have navigations
lights. For subs or ships running only at daylight it is not required.

But Sgt.Peppers has a very bright yellow flashlight running all the time
on the neck. Just to show the rescue-divers were the dammage boat
resting on the bottom in the mud.. and showing light during surfaceing.

TZhe cover is from a car - and the light itself is a scuba diver battery
power pocket unit. Same bulb as aircraft have. 

Euronaut wil run overnight and wil have navigationslight
inside the acrylic-mast : Top, red and green and also a bright yellow
flashlight.
