I?ve worked on quite a few steel and aluminum vessels and one way to attach
zinc anodes to the hull are to find the ones that have steel tabs that stick out
from the zinc. This is good to weld to the pressure vessel and can be easily
removed after the zinc is gone. However, it?s also a very good idea not to
include the pressure vessel as a ground.
Just think as the vessel as FRP
and run two wires to what ever it is your trying to get electricity to.
This procedure will keep electrons where you want them for the most part.
