I would love this opportunity, although with work at present, I cannot promise to be here that far in the future :)
I saw one posting to the group regarding the overall weight of your design. I am assuming (possibly erroneously) the weight restrictions in your specs are related to transporting the sub on a trailer. If this is the case, could you possibly use a part of the trailer as a drop weight? When you go to launch, you unbolt part of the trailer and bolt it on as your drop weight. It may not be pretty but the dual use of trailer structural elements should keep the combined weight down. There are of course drag issues that must be considered.
