Jon,

One small correction.  In the case of a public domain book like Busby, you are free to make all of the profit you want on the book.  Do you think the people who publish the "Holy Bible" or "The Complete Works of Shakespeare" pay royalties to anyone?  Nope, not a penny.  They just print and sell it for what the market will bear.  You can too.  If you want to go into the Busby selling business, you are free to do so.  That is what "public domain" means...you can do whatever you what to with it, including sell it.
