There may be, I don't really know, but there really isn't much to them.
Anyone with a lathe can whip them out, so I can't imagine it being a stocked
item anywhere.  A K-350 through hull for a shaft rotated by hand is nothing
more then a stainless steel sleeve with two internal O-ring groove, one near
each end.  The rotating shaft is cold rolled stainless round stock.
It's easy to make in any size you need for your application.
