The Walter Peroxide boats.. High speed underwater - but short range with 
the peroxide steam turbine plant. The british gets two prototypes and
build one own, the russian build there own, and the US build one Midget
with this plant. No Nation fix really the problems with that drive. 
Was off the race with the first nuke..
