I posted this, originally.   I got it from a housewife in Ohio who knows
of 
my interest.   She thought it was fantastically funny.   So I sent it out
to 
my list of humor victims.   I got three messages from persons who 
thought it was real.  I may take them off my list.   They may take 
seriously my  essay relating UFO abductions and renegade elves from 
Santa's workshop.   On the other hand, Doc's right about building 
paranoia and hype.

After reading Kemp's "Underwater Warriors," I have a lot more respect
for small subs and their capabilities.   He talks about Muslim fanatics
and their potential for success against unguarded targets (as most of 
the West is, these days).

I'm going to get back to my Argonaut Junior replica idea.  Just think
what the tabloid press could say about that:  "Antique Wood Sub to 
Search for Elvis!"
