The only cost effective Co2 analyzer is DRAGER tubes.
Or an electronic unit is in the $3,500 range from <A 
HREF="http://www.amronintl.com">www.amronintl.com</A> (both Drager tubes & 
electronic).
 Also don't forget that a critical component is an altimeter (aircraft 
surplus, but accurately calibrated is OK).
I assume (hope) that everyone uses a "day bottle" with double burst discs for 
oxygen?
