Bob,
   Keep in mind that you must be very careful of the
bottom you set down on, and have a thought to escaping
if it is soft enough to form suction on your sub. Mud
is a real bear to pull out of under water. Also
protrusions may be a way to become tangled in things
unseen, and that is not a good thing. Whole thing
looks cute though. If you want it to look more than to
do, go with an ambi-sub. They are much less critical
on the shape requirements for strength.
