I agree with you Jake,
to explain why an idea is not good, this is what we should do
but if someone explains how to build a sub from a bad idea knowing it is a
bad idea, this someone and those who support him WILL end up in court, and
it is normal, because it is just wrong to allow anybody hurt somebody.
