  Question

From the small amount of reading that I've
done so far, that torpedo is called  Shkval.
Apparently the Shkval II is under development.  "Rumours state a top
speed of possibly 450+ mph (720 kph/h) and a vastly improved range, believed
by some to be in the region of 60+ miles (100
  km)."

So if this is the case and supercavitating creates somewhat
of an airpocket around the craft, does this in effect reduce the pressure on
the hull of the craft also?  If so, wouldn't you be able to manuver a
supercavitating sub to the deepest parts of the ocean and not have to worry
about the pressure on the hull?

    Question

Russians designed a rocket torpedo that can
go 200 miles / h, the torpeddo runs through the water but in a shield
of gazes released by the tip of the torpedo. There is no prop it runs with a
    rocket engine
