Martin Boorman, according to the old legend, and practically 
all the low-end functionaries who could get out before The End.

Kurt Tank wound up there for a while, in the late 50s and 
early 60s.  I suppose there might be some real U-boat plans
in someone's grandfather's forgotten papers.
