I'm not sure other than what I read long ago: the
coyright is good for 75 years after the death of
the writer.  However, there is a "reasonable
personal use" that will permit you to make 
copies to show to your friends as long as you
don't either make money or prevent over-the-counter
sales.

If you scan it in, send it to me.  No money changes
hands, and we might find the writer and talk him 
into selling the plans again.
