Is the water just dark or dark and murky?
If the water is dark and clear, would it be
possible to incorporate lights?

I'm in Las Vegas, NV.  Lake Mead is nearby.
But I haven't checked the local gov't for rules
and regs [if any?] regarding the use of
submersible craft on/in the lake.
I've been on the dam looking over the lake-side of
it and I can see bass swimming around and I'm guessing
at least 20 feet of clear visibility.
