Is it worth $40. Yes. 

If you balk at $40 I have news for you. Some of the books are $60, $100
or even $120+. You are looking at an expensive hobby. :)

	They publish it. I got mine at the Stanford University Bookstore
	in Palo Alto California. I seem to remember it was on sale for
