Understood. I think you'll get over the hesitancy as your confidence builds in your equipment. The psub reacts with more alacrity than a 6000 tonner (or an 18000 tonner, Kursk). Easier to move vertically, and quicker. Several variations of vertical control, including deballasting as a last resort, etc. Just bear with me until you have done some small sub diving, then we'll talk. Vance
