Hi Alec, it its a fat jet sub with thrusters. 

The wings contains the pressure bottles with air, oxygen and helium
also the main-engines, some thruster and some of the lights. 
Helium is required for the diver look out chamber - which is located
behind the "Pilots" chamber and use the main entrance/exit. 

Most reason for the concept was twice: 

1.) Most people which want to travel as guest with a submadman 
and his sub like a seating position side by side like in a car
much more than a position behind the pilot. 
2.) I like subs with diver look out chambers..

The most problem with this concept is that the frameless
jet fighter style windows are heavy expensive and not easy to
integrate into the structure.
