Sure hope so.  If they do, it will have a money back / replacement
guarantee.  Speaking of tools: another one the backyard sub builder will
find handy is a SCISSORS JACK.  Slips into places without much vertical
clearance; provides a reasonable amount of vertical lift; screw-drive
provides fine settings (better than ratchet-type jacks); no hydraulic seals
to fail; relatively economical so you can afford a couple of them; etc.
