[PSUBS-MAILIST] Looking for a published article ...

I recall references to a SNAME article called something like "Naval
Architectural Aspects of Submarine Design."  No, I don;'t know the
author, but I seem to recall that it was the story of the design of
the ALBACORE.

Can anyone lead me to the proper citation?  I'd like to add that
to my library.
