Mike, 

Your program did attach. I also attached to this message my speed equation, 
as a MS Word document (Virus free), which were lifted from the Human Powered 
Vehicles journal and were derived by Poole, I think.

I ran your program and got just about the similar answers to what I used. I 
would really like the equations you use, even though your program makes it 
easy. I also don't want to get into the copyright discussion.
