No need, I have read Title 17 of the U.S. Code in it's entirety, and my
comments were aimed exclusively to "Manned Submersibles". In addition, the
comments were predicated upon the assumption that it was a "work made for
hire".

I would not know that, but Gene Simmons is "rich", and perhaps you also?

your opinion

Oh yes I do, it limits the free exchange of ideas, and reduces intellect to
a monetary value. Intellect is a virtue stretching back to the ancient
Greeks and Biblical times as something to be shared and not exploited.

Really? How many ideas have you come up with yourself, and not those who
work for you? I hate confrontation. It's such a waste of energy, and you
are probably stressed for time to meet your next speaking engagement.
Still, good for you! You have found your nich. A more seductive career
would be to help people rather than use them.

Oh yes, this is a "fair country". That is why the necessesity for Section
107 "Limitations on exclusive rights : Fair use". Not that I would want to
use any of your 'property', but if I should, you are seriously handicapped
as I have no intention of making monetary gain. All you can really do is
set-by and watch my delight as I use your so-called "intellectual property"
to have personal fun! In other words, PSUBS.
