Let's get back to the question at hand: is it legal to copy Busby's
"Manned Submersibles" and to provide an electronic copy?   Phil's got
a valid point about the copyrights and the patents.  

I'd be happy to see the Naval Hydrographer's Office host the web
site for the Busby book.  Does anyone want me to ask them about this?
(As I see it, some of us might assemble the the PDF for them at
no charge, and they'd provide the web space.)
