Well, I have a problem.  I used to speak fair Spanish (for business
purposes), and I know a girl who's Columbian.  I'm on this list,
know about submarines and like cats.

Oh -- the Columbian girl is a lawyer, and she knows VIPs in
Columbia.  Her father is locked up (I think) for drug dealing.

I guess I could be in deep bilge water.  Fortunately, none of
you are involved in this with me.  No, that wasn't the right
thing to say ...

Somewhere, there is on display a sub used to smuggle persons
out of East Germany.  Carsten, have you see that one?

According to one source, Robert Fulton designed a submarine
to rescue Napolean from Elbe.  Napolean ruined everything by
dying too soon.  

Smuggling is a very American activity.  All the Americas,
all the time.
