I just heard a spokesperson on the news mention
the possibility of high-tech pirates taking advantage of the situation should
the rescue efforts come to an end. ""We have read enough Tom
Clancy to realize it is a real possibility", or words to that effect.
Hmmm, interesting. I wonder how much some of this hardware would fetch on
the black-market? I can see it now,
"pssst, hey buddy,
interested in a couple small nuclear reactors?"
On second thought it would
probably just crush them. but the rest of the crew might
survive.
