Psubs.org has a chat room based on IRC software.
IRC server:psubs.org
port:6661

You can use your own IRC client software on your
PC or access it directly off the web site.  Just
go to the home page at www.psubs.org and click on
CHAT.  Some versions of newer Netscape browsers
will not work with the web based software, but
MS IE still works fine.

Due to the numerous time zones that separate most
of us, the chat room was never popular.  It is
there 24 hours a day however anytime anyone wants
to use it to have a discussion in real-time.

For those of you wondering how many other people
are receiving your messages via the mailing list,
there is software at www.psubs.org/mlist that will
give you an up to date count of subscribers.  As
of Wed Aug 9 22:36:20 EDT 2000 there were 116
email addresses in the mailing list.  For web site
stats, go to www.psubs.org/stats.
