Please feel free to get in touch with me directly at my email address.  Since
your original post I'd wondered if there were a market for "Dive on the
Titanic" where the visual database would have the Titanic wreck site
accurately modelled and it would give people the opportunity to drive around
the site, peeking in a portal, deploying a robot inside the wreck.  Put
someting like this in a tourist area like Orlando and you could easily sell
rides.  Also, I don't know how folks like Woods Hole trains pilots for Alvin
but a simulator would have to be a cheaper and safer way than to do O.J.T... 
I could see a small but lucrative market for building such simulators.  The
ideas are beginning to flow!  Email me!
