Sgt.Peppers pressure hull was built in a factory witch also
produce welding and medicine oxygen. The Main-engineer from the
factory told me that it is the same gas from the same source. 
The only difference is that medicine oxygen is dryer than welding
oyxgen.
The reason for that are the pressure-regulators in the medicine
equiment. 
The other differens is the price you have to pay for medicine Oxygen..
