Hi Van,

It depends. Are you building an ambient design or 1-atm. If ambient then
fiber glass and plexiglas works well. If 1-atm then steel, aluminum, 
titanium....

If you can provide me with more design criteria I could give you a better
answer. You should hit the Books page at the web site and get some of the
books and study them. The hull material is one of the most basic questions
you will need to answer before going very far in any design.
