[PSUBS-MAILIST] Carsten lands in Hawaii!!!
Hi Carsten!
Your submarine tape arrived today; I'm making
arrangements to have it transferred from PAL to NTSC. Can't wait to see
it! And thanks for the sub design diagrams; they look great! I
understand the commercial TV part of your tape is copyrighted, and I promise I
won't use it. ;-)
Today I also received a tape about the DREAMER'S
REVENGE submarine (see the PSUBS Picture Gallery) that was on eBay a while ago;
really amazing what these guys did!
So, the HOMEBUILT SUBMARINES VIDEO is coming along;
and Vance and you other guys I've talked to lately still have time to get your
boats in the water and get some footage. I'm going to compile through the
Summer, and edit in the Fall.
Since that's the case, I am also going to get the
exterior detailing and corrosion protection finished on the NAUTILUS MINISUB,
and get some footage of her in this beautiful clear ocean we've got over
here. (That's the only way I can justify the U/W video housing I just
bought to "my boss".)
Get it on, you guys; this is starting to get
good! ;-)
