Mr. Suds,

Do you know anything about Vacuum forming?  I'm working on a human powered,
wet, racing sub and I'm in charge of construction of the hatch.  We would
like to make it out of fairly thin transparent plastic and form it to a
mold.  Unfortunately, I dont' know much about plastics.  Your input would be
appreciated.

Hey, if you guys want acrylic bubbles thermoformed or any type of machining
done, let me know. I'll do it at cost for you guys, within reason. I can't
do roll forming though, and my specialty is precision machining.
