"If we can see further, it is because we stand upon the shoulders of Giants" The PSUBS Hall of Fame is dedicated to those men and women who have significantly contributed to the advancement of submersible design, construction, and/or operation.   This is the highest honor that PSUBS bestows and the hardest to earn.   Recipients are usually known worldwide for their contributions and have demonstrable skills that typically span beyond recreational submersibles.
