Looking good Dave! I have yet to form my styrofoam block but it's my next
hurdle. I think you explained how you made your hot wire but I can't find
the thread. Would love to know how you did it or let me know what date you
sent it and I'll try and find it in the archives. I have a welding machine
but it may be too much oomph even on it's lowest setting to cut without
setting the styrofoam on fire.
