Hi,

Serveral months ago one of our PSUBers mentioned a dream job of submersible
pilot at WHOI. Well I looked into WHOI jobs postings. I thought that 
subemersible pilot was currently beyond my experience so I looked at
other positions like maintaining Alvin. I submitted my resume and got some
very positive bites. 

Sorry to say that I had to turn them down due to having a family and the job
meant spending months out at sea on Atlantis, Alvin's support ship.

If any of you guys are unattached, can spend months at sea at a time, have
electronics or electrical training, and are interested, more then just
curious, then look at the WHOI job postings at:
