The US Navy did a bunch of research on concrete pressure vessels back in the
60s. They abandoned it and turned to the metal ceramics that were ultimately
developed and used with such success. I looked once before through my stuff
but never located the picture I remember. Info should be available somewhere,
if you were interested enough.
