What do we call it?
Sailboats are called "S/V" for sailing vessel. Motor ships are "M/S" or
M/V."
Inflatable are "I/V" (no joke: I own I/V 'Drip').
What are we going to call submarines?
In the old days, and maybe even now, the British used to call their
boats such as "H.M.S/M."
I propose that we use "S/Y" or "S.Y.," for "submarine yacht."
Comment?
