Sorry Jon,
You would still have time constraints and nitrogen problems with a 
rebreather.  You just wouldn't have the gas supply restrictions
that scuba has.  Granted, with constant ppO2 using a fully closed
rebreather, you would have extended NDL's but you still have NDL's
unless you stay shallow.
