The US Submarines Inc, 213 ft submarine, the Phoenix 1000, has 5000 sq feet 
on 4 levels.  It will sleep much more than 6 and is estimated to cost $70 
million dollars.

There is also the Seattle 1000 at $20 million dollars, 118 feet.  With three 
staterooms and crew's quarters.

I would think for drug smuggling operations, the Nomad 1000 would be better.  
With a 1000 mile range and only a $4 million dollar price tag.  But wouldn't 
it just be cheaper and easier to make some robotic drone submarines?  However 
at that kind of money I think you could bribe a lot of coast guard officials.
