I learn something every day--I always thought Luddite was a bastardization of 
the ancient Celtic psubber lamentation "Get the Leadout, boys! She's goin' 
down." Too bad, really, as it also takes into account the mysterious "going 
down" phrase with which some of us seem to take so literally. I would suggest 
that there are those who go down, and there are liars--which is we? Go down 
in public or under the covers? Take your stand, kids--and get the leadout as 
needed
