I got a copy of it when it first came out 15 years ago. I got a bill for $80
before it came. That made me think this better be good. I think they were
still printing the first copy when I ordered it. A $45 increase in about 15
years, Humm, it's  probably $45 thicker now, I would hope. The welder option
was not available back then. :-)
